If you are here you either stumbled upon this blog, or you have signed a petition seeking the repeal of Breed Specific Legislation. The purpose of this blog is to share information, to keep us all in the loop as to what our MPP has promised, and what he has done in the Northumberland/Peterborough South riding and to engage those who have the time, the energy and the desire to take active steps, in every riding in Ontario, to end Breed Specific Legislation in Ontario.

The proud mom of 4 children, all adults now, two feline friends and two pups. I do not own a dog that is impacted by Breed Specific Legislation, but I have known and transported many dogs that are. In an effort to understand the impact of Breed Specific Legislation in Ontario, I have filed multiple Freedom of Information Requests, all of which have confirmed what the science says…the children of Ontario are more likely to be bit by a dog because of Breed Specific Legislation. As a mom, safety is a priority. I am tired of the Government of Ontario putting the safety of our children last.
